First contact with real tapas, here you will try some classic bites and drinks as locals do, learn about traditions, what’s trending in town and know how to place your orders like a real sevillano. We don’t drink sangria here, but you’ll get to know more about that later. *Possible bites: olives, lupins (altramuces), chicharrones, bravas, padrón peppers
WINE BAR - Cured meats and iberico, cheese
The traditional art of curing meat and cheese. Delight yourself with the atmosphere and know-how behind the tastes of Spain. Take a glimpse at the huge universe of local cheeses. There’s a lot more than manchego out there!
*Possible bites: jamón ibérico, salami (salchichón), chorizo, black pudding (morcilla), payoyo, manchego, goat cheese
TAVERN - Spanish tortilla, and marinated fish, manzanilla
It´s time to taste entirely new techniques and recipes and challenge your palate with unique flavours. Ingredients, sauces, marinates and wines you can find only in the South of Spain. A happy leap out of your comfort zone to discover a new horizon.

RESTAURANT - Stewed meat, red wine
